These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tailorly ("we," "us," "our") and its services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Tailorly is a job-search and resume-tailoring platform. We provide automated job matching, resume generation, and application workflow tools. The service is offered on a subscription basis (Free, Starter, and Pro plans).
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tailorly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of any resume content, job criteria, or personal data you provide. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Plan limits (tailorings, job results) reset each calendar month.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For material changes affecting paid plans, we will notify you via email.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that tailored resumes will result in interviews or employment outcomes. Job data sourced from third-party APIs may be incomplete or out of date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailorly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post notice of material changes on this page.
